- Explain the rule of law and human rights, and identify the agencies responsible for protecting them.
- Identify consumer rights and responsibilities, and evaluate measures for consumer protection.
- Analyse the principles, institutions, and pillars of democracy in Nigeria and discuss their importance for good governance.
