Course Description:
This exciting Physical Education course introduces you to the world of movement, fitness, and teamwork through fun and active participation. You will explore different sports such as
athletics,
gymnastics,
soccer,
volleyball, and
badminton while learning how physical activities help build strength, coordination, and a healthy lifestyle.
What You Will Learn
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify and describe the basic rules, equipment, and techniques used in at least five major sports, including athletics and team games.
- Demonstrate correct body movements, balance, and posture during gymnastics, rhythmic activities, and physical drills.
- Participate actively in group sports such as volleyball, basketball, and soccer, showing teamwork, cooperation, and respect for others.
- Explain the importance of regular exercise, personal fitness, and good nutrition in maintaining a healthy body and mind.
- Set and achieve a simple personal fitness goal using activities learned during Physical Education sessions.
