Course Description:
Christian Religious Studies for Basic 7 introduces learners to the life of Paul, the early church, and how Christians responded to God’s call. Through stories of conversion, unity, and the spread of the gospel, learners will discover lessons of faith, obedience, and living in harmony with others.
What You Will Learn
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify key figures such as Paul and explain their responses to God’s call with at least two examples from Scripture.
- Describe the story of Paul’s conversion and summarize its significance for Christian faith in not more than five sentences.
- Compare two major controversies in the early church and explain how unity was achieved with 80% accuracy in class discussions.
- Illustrate how the gospel spread beyond Palestine by listing at least three regions or methods through which it was achieved.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Christian church today by participating in a class activity that links the past and present role of the church.
